Welcome to My Right Hand AI ("Service"), operated by Elizabeth Ratliff Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, including our AI assistant Raven, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
My Right Hand AI provides AI-powered business assistance services, including but not limited to:
• Automated call handling and customer service
• Appointment scheduling
• Review management
• Customer communication
• Workflow automation
• Annual Plan: $4,000 per year
• Monthly Plan: $400 per month with 12-month commitment required
• All subscriptions require a 12-month minimum commitment
• Early termination fee of $2,000 applies for cancellation before 12 months to cover training and implementation costs
• Annual subscribers are protected from price changes during their subscription year
• Monthly subscribers may be subject to price changes with 30 days advance notice
The following usage charges are billed separately to the card on file:

$0.10 per response
Funnel & Website AI Cost
$1.24 per funnel
Content AI Cost
$0.11 per 1,000 words
$0.07 per image
Workflow AI Assistant Cost
$0.03 per message
• All subscription fees are due in advance
• Usage charges are billed as incurred
• Payments processed through secure third-party payment processors
While we offer unlimited AI usage, we maintain a fair use policy to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to limit service if usage patterns indicate automated abuse or resale attempts.
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data collection and usage practices. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.
Our AI assistant provides automated assistance but may not be suitable for all situations. Critical or emergency matters should be handled by human staff.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI systems
• Resell or white-label the Service without written permission
• Upload harmful content or malware
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
All aspects of the Service, including our AI technology, remain our exclusive property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You violate these Terms
• Your payment is overdue
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
• We cease offering the Service
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
